Visa Information
Students wishing to participate in the regular course must apply for a general training (D-4-1) visa. Depending on the country, the required documents may differ, so please refer to your local Korean embassy or consulate in advance. |
The D-4-1 visa is valid for 6 months and can be extended up to 2 years at the immigration office in Korea. After submitting the required documents (admission letter, reference letter, proof of tuition payment etc.) to the Korean embassy or consulate, the visa will be issued after a screening procedure. Since the process of obtaining D-4-1 visa usually takes 1 month, it’s advisable to start the procedure at least 2 months before of the start of the semester. |

Admission Fee: 100,000 won , Insurance: 90,000 won (valid for 7 months)
- Every foreign students are mandatory to apply for an insurance for traveler.
- From 6 months after entering the country, it will be converted to National Health Insurance.
- Travel insurance fee: 90,000 won for 7 months
- National Health Insurance Premium : 50,000 won per month
- Textbook expenses: Approximately 50,000 won (separate) for each beginner/middle/high-level.
Tuition Payment Method
Students who have passed the document screening must pay the
tuition by overseas remittance. The account number for paying tuition is operated by a virtual account for each student. Remittance must be made overseas through a financial institution, referring to the INVOICE sent by the school. (See below for common information for overseas remittance)
